What if I'm purchasing for a large group?
For information about group seating, please contact our Box Office at (360) 825-6200. The box office is closed for the offseason and will re-open in 2010

When is the box office open?
The box office is open day of show only, and generally opens 2 hours prior to event. On event days, venue Box Office opens when parking lots open. Service charges may apply to tickets purchased on event days. Venue Box Office is adjacent to the amphitheatre's main gate.

Types of Payment Accepted:
American Express, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover, and Cash. Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logo accepted. No personal checks.

Are there ticket refunds?
Refunds are available in the event of cancellation only.

How do I pickup will call tickets?
Will Call tickets are available to be picked up from the Box Office when parking lots open on event days. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows must show photo identification.

Do children need their own tickets?
Children two and under are permitted inside the venue free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.

Will Call Tickets
Will Call Tickets are available for pick up when the box office opens on event days. See above for box office hours. You must show valid picture ID and credit card in order to pick up tickets.

Directions, Parking, and Shuttle Info:
From Seattle/Bellevue/Eastside area:
I-405 South to SR 169/Maple Valley Hwy (exit 4)
Travel SR 169 South through towns of Maple Valley and Black Diamond to SE 400th Street (approx 22.5 miles).
Right onto SE 400th to SR 164
Left onto SR 164 South-venue is on right

From Tacoma/Kitsap Peninsula area:
I-5 to Puyallup/River Road (exit 135)
SR167 through Puyallup to SR 410 East
Travel SR 410 through towns of Bonney Lake and Buckley (approx 15 miles)
Left onto 244th Ave SE to SR 164-(turn is beyond Buckley after you cross the White River).
Left onto SR 164
Venue is 5 miles on left.

From Olympia/Portland area:
I-5 to SR 512 (exit 127)
SR512 to SR 410 East

What can I bring in?
Items allowed in this venue include: Backpacks and bags (subject to inspection), blankets, binoculars, factory-sealed 20 oz bottled water (one per person), low profile beach chairs (seat of the chair must rise no higher than 9 inches from the ground), snacks and other food, soft-sided coolers, strollers (if child is present) and small umbrellas. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.

Venue also rents chairs for $5.00 each. (Limited quantities available.)

Is re-entry allowed?
There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.

Can I smoke inside the venue?
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Smoking is prohibited in the reserved seating areas.

Are we allowed to tailgate?
The consumption of alcohol in the White River Amphitheatre parking lot is prohibited and strictly enforced.
Guests are welcome to picnic in their vehicles and enjoy food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Grills are not allowed.
